The science of Modern Intelligence waits to be recognized and developed.  The rigorous tomes that codify the foundations of this field; the lauded graduate programs that teach it; the brilliant doctoral students and visionary thinkers who cultivate it; the cohorts of freshly minted practitioners who apply it, and the grand institutions that draw attention and funding from the world over to advance it – all remain unrealized.
